Before you publish an AI app, try these real journeys

Check the customer result, private records, connected services and recovery paths before sharing your app.

Start from a fresh visit

Open the app as someone who has never used it. Can they understand its purpose, complete the main action and recognize what happened? Use a private browser window where appropriate so that your owner session does not hide a sign-in or permission problem.

Try a small phone screen and a desktop window. Enter a long name, leave a required field empty and use the back button. These are ordinary customer actions. An interface that only works with the sample content is not ready for a wider audience.

Check records and access

Submit a sample request, reload and find the saved record in the owner view. Use a second test customer to check that private records remain private. Confirm that signing out closes access. Keep test details separate from real customer information.

Lovable documents automated security findings and conversational reviews. Such tools can help identify issues, but review the findings and verify the important access rules in your own app. A passing screen or a reassuring message is not a substitute for checking the underlying behavior.

Follow the result beyond the button

If the app sends a message, verify receipt through the intended channel. If it takes a payment, use the provider's test flow and inspect the resulting order status. Check what the customer sees when a provider refuses or delays the request.

Repeat an action and look for accidental duplicates. Interrupt a submission and return. Give people a clear next step when something fails, including a way to contact the business. Decide how the owner will notice and investigate a failed transaction.

Verify the address customers will use

Lovable's publishing documentation distinguishes the live version from later unpublished changes. Apply the same practical discipline in any builder: after publishing, open the actual customer address and repeat the critical journey. A preview check does not establish what is live.

Keep a dated note of what you tested, which version was online and any remaining limitations. In Zocri, review Put it online and use the address it reports. Share the app when the important journey works there, with the right business details and a person ready to handle customer questions.

Put it into practice.
