Customer sign-in terms

These terms apply to Zocri customer sign-in, a NerfedLab service that lets you access independent business websites using your Google account. By using this sign-in service, you agree to these terms.
What the service provides
Zocri verifies your Google identity and establishes a customer account and session for the business website you choose. Each business has separate customer accounts. Signing into a business does not create a Zocri website-builder account.
The business operates its own website and is responsible for its products, services, content, transactions and customer relationships. Its terms govern your purchases, bookings and other dealings with it. Google's terms apply to your Google account.
Your responsibilities
Use a Google account you are authorized to use and keep it secure. Do not impersonate another person, misuse someone else's session, try to access another business's private information, or interfere with the service. Report suspected unauthorized access to the business and to help@nerfedlab.com.
Account access and availability
A business can suspend or end access to its own website. Zocri may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Google sign-in and the business website depend on services that may be interrupted or unavailable; sign-in does not guarantee access to a business or a particular transaction.
Information and account requests
The customer sign-in privacy policy explains how identity and customer information are handled. Signing out, revoking Google access or having an account removed does not automatically erase existing business records. Contact the business for its records and contact Zocri for sign-in account requests.
Changes and support
We may update these terms as the sign-in service changes and will show the updated effective date on this page. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Questions about this sign-in service can be sent to help@nerfedlab.com.
