Client evidence needs its own review even when the AI draft reads well
Separate persuasive presentation from the correctness of a consulting recommendation.

Persuasion and correctness deserve separate checks
The frontier experiment separates creative tasks from tasks requiring additional human guidance. That experimental distinction is useful for consulting work because an elegant explanation can be easier to produce than a defensible conclusion. The study does not certify any real client's analysis or remove the need to inspect its evidence.
A small practice should therefore review a deliverable twice in different ways. One review asks whether the argument is clear and usable. The other asks whether the facts support it, whether contrary evidence was considered and whether the recommendation remains reasonable when assumptions are made explicit.
Build an evidence table before the narrative
For each important recommendation, record the client observation, its source, the interpretation and the uncertainty. Keep statements supplied by the client separate from facts independently checked by the team. A generated draft can help organize the table, but a reviewer should be able to follow the chain without trusting the draft.
Include information that weakens the preferred conclusion. If the document only preserves supportive facts, the later writing stage can make an incomplete argument appear comprehensive. This matters especially when several plausible explanations fit the same small set of customer interviews or operating records.
Review numerical and causal language carefully
Check calculations independently and distinguish association from a demonstrated cause. If orders rose after a campaign and an AI tool were introduced together, the change does not by itself identify which intervention mattered. A recommendation can still be useful when that uncertainty is stated plainly.
Inspect language such as will, proves and guarantees. Replace it when the evidence supports only a conditional expectation. This is not about making every sentence hesitant; it is about ensuring the strength of the wording matches the strength of the observation being used to justify a client decision.
Sell a decision process the client can inspect
Deliver the key assumptions and the evidence trail with the recommendation in a form appropriate to the engagement. Explain what new information would cause the team to revise its view. This makes the work more usable after the presentation meeting ends.
The review method here is our practical analysis, not an experimental result. It protects a consulting firm's value as drafting becomes easier: clients can see why a recommendation was made, how uncertainty was handled and which judgment remains the responsibility of the professionals they hired.
