Our brands live in many places: the product itself, the websites people make with it, campaigns, films and the work we do for clients. As Creative Director, you will set the bar for all of it, and make sure everything we put into the world looks and feels like it came from one place.
You will lead designers, writers and video makers, work closely with product and marketing, and bring AI tools for images, video and words into a creative process that still depends on taste.
What you will do
- Own the creative vision and brand system for NerfedLab and Zocri, and keep it consistent everywhere
- Lead campaigns from the first idea to finished work, across digital, social, video and events
- Direct and grow a team of designers, writers and video makers, in house and freelance
- Work with product and design on how the brand shows up inside the product
- Build creative processes that use AI image, video and writing tools to move faster without lowering the bar
- Review and approve creative, with feedback that makes the work better
You may be a good fit if you
- Have 10+ years of experience in design, advertising or brand, including at least 3 years leading creative teams
- Have a portfolio of brand and campaign work you are proud of, ideally for technology products
- Combine strong visual taste with a clear sense of story and words
- Have built or refreshed a brand system and seen it through to launch
- Have hands on experience with AI creative tools, and opinions about how to use them well
- Present ideas convincingly to leadership and clients
Strong candidates may also have experience with
- Directing film or motion work
- Both agency and in house experience
- Product or interface design
