As a Senior Analyst, you will own the questions that shape our direction: which customers grow, what makes a plan worth paying for, what each AI task really costs and where the product loses people. You will set up the measures, build the models and explain the answers.
We are hiring two Senior Analysts. You will work with leadership, product, marketing and engineering, and help the analysts around you grow.
What you will do
- Own analytics for an area such as growth, revenue, product usage, or AI cost and quality
- Define metrics and the data models behind them, and keep them trustworthy
- Design and analyse experiments, and recommend what to do next
- Build forecasts and models for revenue, usage and costs
- Work with engineers on tracking, pipelines and the data warehouse
- Mentor analysts and review their work
You may be a good fit if you
- Have 5+ years of analytics experience in a product, technology or consulting company
- Write advanced SQL and use Python for analysis and modelling
- Have designed and analysed A/B tests, and know their pitfalls
- Have owned the metrics for a team or a line of business
- Tell a clear story with data to leadership and turn it into decisions
- Work through ambiguous questions on your own
Strong candidates may also have experience with
- dbt, a modern data warehouse and orchestration tools
- Analysing AI or usage based products, including token and cost metrics
- Subscription businesses, pricing or marketplaces
