At NerfedLab, code is written by engineers and by agents, often together. That changes what a delivery pipeline has to be. As a Software Engineer in DevOps and Infrastructure, you will build and run the infrastructure behind Zocri and our client work, and design release paths where guardrails, approvals and an audit trail are part of the product, not an afterthought.
You will own our cloud environments, the pipelines that test and release every change, the sandboxes our agents work in, and the monitoring that tells us something is wrong before a customer does.
What you will do
- Design, build and operate CI/CD pipelines for our products and client systems, from validation and review through release and rollback
- Define how changes are checked and routed, including changes made by agents, and which gates each one passes before it reaches production
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code across AWS, GCP and serverless platforms, with environments that are reproducible and cheap to run
- Run and scale the sandboxed environments where agents execute code, including GPU capacity for model work
- Build monitoring, logging, alerting and incident response that keep our services reliable, and take part in a fair on call rotation
- Own secrets management, access control and the security basics of our infrastructure, and help clients raise theirs
You may be a good fit if you
- Have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability or infrastructure engineering for production systems
- Are fluent with Terraform or similar tools, containers and Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider
- Have built CI/CD pipelines that teams relied on every day, and made them faster and safer
- Write solid code in Go, Python, TypeScript or shell, and automate anything you do twice
- Stay calm in an incident and write blameless postmortems that lead to real fixes
- Care about cost as much as uptime
Strong candidates may also have experience with
- Running GPU workloads or model inference in production
- Vercel, edge networks, Postgres at scale or serverless architectures
- Release pipelines that use AI to review, classify or test changes
- Security and compliance work such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
