Review your app's data
Check the records behind a working customer journey.
Find the records
Open Manage, then Data where available. Choose the collection your app uses and inspect its rows. The fields come from your app's schema, so bookings, products and orders can look different between apps.
Submit a test through the app and check that the expected record appears. Confirm customer access rules with more than one test account when the app uses sign-in.
Make careful changes
Review the selected row and the effect of an edit or deletion before confirming it. Use import previews and history tools where offered. Do not paste private customer records into public examples.
Insights shows the measurements available for your app. If a measurement is absent, do not assume its value is zero.
