One event room, several offers: share the physical constraint
Prevent different booking pages from selling the same venue at overlapping times.

Represent the room once
WooCommerce Bookings allows resources to be shared across products, sharing the resource calendar. For a hypothetical studio offering private classes and meeting hire in the same room, that is a useful model to investigate. The two offers have different descriptions but compete for the same physical space. Define the room as one constraint rather than creating unrelated calendars that each look available. Remember that the extension assigns one resource per booking by default; any additional staff or equipment requirements need their own demonstrated solution.
Include setup and reset work
A meeting layout and a private class may require different preparation. Decide when the room becomes unavailable before the customer arrives and when it is ready for the next use. Keep the customer-facing booking duration clear while preserving enough operating time internally. If the same room is divided into zones, write down which combinations are genuinely possible and which require exclusive use. Avoid modelling capacity through optimistic assumptions. The person resetting the room should be able to look at the schedule and understand the work between bookings.
Test across the separate offer pages
Book a private class, then try to reserve a meeting that overlaps it. Repeat in the opposite order and include a manual booking made by staff. Try start times near the end of the first booking, accounting for the chosen setup interval. Check the actual behaviour of the shared resource rather than assuming that identical room names create a connection. If the system cannot enforce the constraint across offers, use a review step or simplify the public options until the conflict can be handled reliably.
Make room changes visible to everyone
When a booking moves or maintenance closes the space, update the shared record and check each public offer. Notify the staff responsible for the event and room preparation through the established workflow. Keep a history of important changes so a later question can be answered. The studio is ready to sell multiple uses when every offer respects the same physical availability and the owner can explain the resulting schedule. More product pages should create clearer choices for customers without creating several incompatible versions of the room's calendar. Display setup and reset responsibilities in the internal room schedule, so the booking record supports the people preparing the venue as well as sales.
