Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing

Zocri is growing in India and abroad, with people paying in rupees and in dollars. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition end to end: where we spend, what we say, how we measure it and how fast we learn.
You will work with product, design and analytics, and you will have the same tools our customers have: Zocri itself makes landing pages, and AI can draft and test creative faster than any agency. We want someone who uses both.
What you will do
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels, owning budget and return
- Build a testing system for audiences, creative and landing pages, and run it every week
- Set up and keep clean tracking: conversion events, attribution, UTM discipline and offline conversions
- Work with analytics on cohorts, payback and lifetime value, and move spend to what works
- Brief and review creative with the design team, and use AI tools to produce and test more variations
- Report results plainly to leadership, including what did not work
You may be a good fit if you
- Have 5 to 6 years of hands on performance marketing experience, with direct ownership of meaningful budgets
- Have grown a subscription, SaaS or app business through paid channels
- Know Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4 deeply, and are comfortable with spreadsheets and basic SQL
- Understand attribution and incrementality, and why the platforms' own numbers are not the whole truth
- Have run campaigns in India and in international markets
- Move fast, keep good records and decide from data
Strong candidates may also have experience with
- App install campaigns and mobile measurement partners
- Marketing to small business owners or creators
- Lifecycle email, WhatsApp campaigns and marketing automation
