The plain terms.

Buying from a small shop should be as simple as buying in one. These are the few things worth saying in words.

Ordering

You fill a bag on the site and send it to us by email, with your address. We check the bag against the shelf, because every piece here is one of a few, and reply within the day with what we have and a payment link, by UPI or card. Nothing is charged until you pay the link, and the order is placed when you do.

Prices and delivery

Every price is in rupees and includes delivery anywhere in India and all taxes. Pieces leave the shop the next working morning after payment and reach most doors in five days, the hills and the islands in a week.

Returns

Send anything back within fourteen days of delivery, unworn, with its label on, and we refund the price the way it was paid within three working days of the parcel reaching us. We send a pickup; you pay nothing for it. Jewellery that has been worn and pieces altered for you cannot come back, and we say so before you pay.

The pieces

Every piece is made by the designer named on its page, in the place named, in small batches. Small differences between one piece and the next are part of that; a fault is not, and we take a faulty piece back at any time.
