What we keep, and what we do not.

This site keeps almost nothing about you. The inn keeps what you send it, for as long as it takes to have you to stay.

On this site

There are no accounts and no payments on the site. It sets no cookie of its own. When you press Check dates or Send, your own email program opens with what you typed; nothing reaches us until you send that email. The dates you choose stay in your browser until you close the page.

If the inn adds a visitor counter one day, a bar asks you first and the counter runs only after you allow it. Your answer is kept on your device. Today there is no counter.

When you write or stay

An email, a WhatsApp message or a call gives us your name, how to reach you, your dates and what you need. We use them to answer you and to keep the room. When you stay, the law asks us to see an identity document at check in and to keep a register of guests, which we keep for the time the law sets and nothing longer. We never sell or share your details, and we do not add you to any list unless you ask to be on one.

Pictures and fonts

The pictures on this site load from Unsplash and the type from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, those services see the request the way any site you visit does: your address and the page that asked. We send them nothing else. The map link opens Google Maps, which has its own terms.

Your rights

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we do so within a week. Write to stay@alderinn.example.
