People
Two founders and an associate, all of whom ran studios before they helped run them.
Three of us, and no more: we are in your studio ourselves, two days a week, and we do not send anyone in our place.

Priya Sethi
Founder · fees and the client process
Priya ran an eight person interiors studio in Bandra for nine years, and sold it well because the books were clean. She started Lintel in 2021 after a year of being asked by other founders how she had done it.
She leads the fee work and the client process: the fee letter, the stages, the decision record, the words for the hard moments. She reads a studio's last twelve months of invoices before she reads its portfolio.

Rohan Mehta
Founder · specifying and the week
Fourteen years in architecture practices in Mumbai and Singapore, the last four as the person who made the schedules work for a practice of forty. He joined Priya in 2022 after they fixed a studio together as a favour and it worked.
He leads the specifying and the week: the one schedule, the buying rhythm, the Monday board, the load count. He is the one at the contractor's table in week one.

Anil Kurup
Associate · presenting the work
A designer who presented to hotel boards for a decade and learnt which page gets the yes. Anil joined in 2024 and takes the presenting work, and the rehearsals, in every studio where it is one of the two things.
He also keeps Lintel's own week, which is how we know the board works.

How we work with a studio
- Two of us on every engagement, one leading, both in the studio in the week of looking.
- Two days a week at a desk in your studio, not a call from ours.
- We talk to everyone, alone, and we keep what they tell us to ourselves.
- We write little, and only what the studio will read again: the page, the fee letter, the board.
