Terms · 8 October 2026

How we work with a studio.

Plain terms for a small firm: what the fee covers, when it is paid, what stays between us, and how either side stops.

The fee

Every engagement has a fixed fee in Indian rupees, agreed in writing before the first week and not changed afterwards unless the scope changes and both sides agree. The week of looking starts from ₹90,000 and the twelve weeks from ₹4,80,000; the taxes that apply are added. Travel outside Mumbai is at cost, agreed ahead.

When it is paid

Half of the fee is paid before the first week and half at the end of week six, by bank transfer. The week of looking on its own is paid in full before it starts. Invoices are due in fourteen days.

What is included

Two days a week in the studio for twelve weeks, the page from the week of looking, the plan, the working documents we make with you, and a call a month for six months after we leave. Not included: writing your contracts, your accounts or your software, which we point you to people for.

What stays between us

Everything we see in your studio stays confidential, during the work and for good after it, with your clients' names and numbers first among it. We publish a story about a studio only with the studio's written yes, with the names changed, and never within a year of the work.

Stopping

Either side can stop with two weeks' notice. You pay for the weeks worked and nothing more; anything already paid beyond them comes back within fourteen days. The documents made up to that point are yours.
